This conference is designed to educate public safety agencies and volunteer departments in their response to water-related incidents and/or emergencies. We will present methods, procedures and equipment that will ensure safe and successful operations.

This conference will include members from dive rescue teams across the United States, Canada and other foreign countries that specialize in water rescue and recovery.
