DVDs for NBS Course on Remote DCI Management Available

National Baromedical Services (NBS) is now offering DVDs of a course taught in Sydney, Austrailia last year. A complete set of the disks for the workshop called Remote Management of Mild Recreational Decompression Illness is available from NBS.

CME Physician and CHT /CHRN credits may be purchased separately. Up to 16 hours of CME credit is available as an additional complimentary purchase to the DVDs for $20 US per CME credit hour. For hyperbaric nurses and technologists, credits hours are $5 US each.

Divers Alert Network (DAN) provided a grant to fund the workshop; Dick Vann, DAN Vice President for Research, and and Chris Wachholz, Vice President, DAN International, joined Dr. Simon Mitchell of New Zealand and Dr. David Doolette of Australia to organize the workshop. Dick Clarke of NBS organized the taping of the talks and discussion.

Any proceeds from sales of the DVDs will be shared between NBS, UHMS and DAN.
